The Centre of Enablement in Digital Transformation

I’m hearing a lot of talk about the Centre of Enablement.

The Centre of Excellence needs a companion.

For Digital Transformation to be effective, there must be empowerment and deployment at scale.

By way of focus:

👉🏽CoE is more focused on staying compliant.

👉🏽CoEn is more focused on empowerment.

Why does this matter?

If your default focus is more towards mitigating risks than growth and change, then transformation is stifled. They need each other.

While the CoE can be great at establishing best practices, governance, and standardization for the Power Platform - it’s ultimately about using the platform effectively and efficiently while mitigating risks.

The difference with the CoEn is that it’s more focused on empowering individuals and teams to use the Power Platform to its fullest potential. Creating an environment where people can learn, grow, and contribute to the organization's success.

Is a Centre of Enablement part of your conversation?
