Background
I've been a Microsoft MVP since 2012 (AI Platform) and a Microsoft Certified Trainer. With my partner Meg Smith I founded Cloverbase, where we mentor the people inside organisations to build AI capability that sticks: skills the workforce keeps, and systems the organisation runs without us.
I co-authored Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption, published by Microsoft Press, and host The Intelligence Age Podcast with 837+ episodes.
