Scouting for tech talent is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
To unlock digital potential using Low-code/no-code platforms you’ll need to embrace this idea 👇🏽
❌ Letting go of:
Believing that only traditionally-trained developers can drive tech innovation. That innovation can only stem from your IT departments, and that other teams must patiently queue up in the backlog, waiting for their turn.
✅ Embracing:
Recognizing and leveraging the untapped potential of Citizen Developers.
They're not your typical code gurus, but they're enthusiastic problem solvers. With low-code/no-code platforms, these individuals, from all departments – be it HR, Marketing or Customer Support – can create solutions tailored just for them.
This is one belief to let go of in order to use low code/no code platforms effectively.
