This post was originally published in 2024. Some details may have changed since then.

A Centre for Enablement is an organisation-wide approach for app
modernisation, best practice data strategy, and AI readiness.

I see that there are 4 key elements to get right:

👉🏽 People
People are at the heart of your Centre for Enablement. Use Copilot to create tailored learning paths that maximise each person’s knowledge and skills, so that they know exactly what they need to for their unique role.

👉🏽Processes
A Centre for Enablement drives efficiency and consistency in processes. Standardised workflows and adherence to best practices lead to optimised operations.

👉🏽Technology
A Centre for Enablement helps you stay ahead of the curve by empowering your teams to get the most out of your tools and platforms.

👉🏽 Assets
Easily create and maintain high quality, reusable assets. This includes templates, UI components, and app marketplaces.

A Centre for Enablement provides a robust framework to encourage greater adoption in the organisation and can be used with a Centre of Excellence (CoE) to get the best of both worlds.

Is it something you’re looking to use?

What elements would you like to know more about?
