Learning and Teaching: nz365guy's Journey

If you've had a look at the 90-Day Mentoring Challenge, maybe you wondered why I use the subdomain "ako.nz365guy" 🤔

My wife, Meg Smith (Ngāpuhi, Tainui), suggested this Māori word when I started my mentoring program in 2018.

Ako means both to learn and to teach🎓👩‍🏫

This kupu (word) perfectly captures what happens when people shift from absorbing ideas to sharing their experiences.

I've seen this in action on the current cohort.

We have people recognised as tenured Dynamics 365 & Power Platform experts learning with and from people in their first year of working in this space.

I may be the 'mentor' in the 90-Day Mentoring Challenge, but I'm not the only teacher.
