Empowering Future Tech Careers Today

I spend a lot of time thinking about the careers my kids might have and what I can do to help them prepare for the opportunities that come their way.

My eldest started university this year, and it's highlighted something I've known for a long time - tertiary organisations are struggling to keep up with the pace of change in tech.

I've mentored several high school leavers and early graduates in their Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform careers. It's rewarding to hear they've benefited from some of the essential skills I covered in the challenge, especially communication and being a consultant who doesn't get left on the bench.

Sanya Saddi story is one of my favourites. Her dad, Rajat Saddi, first did the 90 Day Mentoring Challenge back in 2022, and after doing it again at the start of this year, he thought it might be helpful for Sanya as a supplement to her TAFE International Western Australia (TIWA) Certificate in IT.

At 16 she's already a confident communicator with a clear path for her career ahead, I can't wait to see where it takes her.
