While CoE’s focus on centralized expertise and controlled governance, Centre for Enablement (C4E’s) create decentralized knowledge sharing, self-service, and continuous integration across various departments.

The CoE model has been the traditional approach, focusing on centralizing expertise within the organization. It leverages a core group of experts to develop, deliver, and maintain IT assets with the aim of achieving organizational excellence through best practices and high-quality assets.
