OpenAI’s models will be built into Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service.

Here are some key takeaways:

➡️ It’s a multi-year, multi billion dollar partnership.
➡️ Microsoft has committed to building Azure into a ‘Supercomputer for the world.’
➡️ The vision is to democratise AI as a platform
➡️ What’s been built is just the beginning - GitHub Copilot, DALL-E 2, Chat GPT
➡️ In the next phase of the partnership developers and organisations across industries will have access to the best AI infrastructure, models, and toolchain with Azure to build and run their applications.

Things are moving fast. The possibilities are going to be enormous, and need to be navigated well.

I am spending 5 hours a week learning AI so that I can use it to enhance every part of my life.
