In-house employees are cheaper than professional developers. By leveraging their effort, expertise and problem solving it unlocks capability and possibility. A relationship of collaboration between the two is key.

People are more likely to be engaged in something they co-create. It’s human nature. When they are empowered, trained and supported the use of what’s created can be higher.
